Crest 3D WhiteStrips

So I just finished my 4 week supply of Crest 3D WhiteStrips 5 Minute Touch-Ups Stain Shield (whew, that's a mouth full)! I figured I would review these since I'm sure a lot of people may be interested in whitening their teeth at home since going to a professional can be pretty costly. I wasn't expecting too much since this is an at home product, but I did notice my teeth got a bit whiter. Crest has a lot of different WhiteStrips to choose from, so it took me quite a while to decide which one I wanted. I decided to order from Amazon because they had great deals. I got these babies for $13 and it comes with 28 pouches that contain a top & bottom strip in each. I chose the 5 Minute Touch-Ups Stain Shield because I really didn't want to have the strips in for 30 minutes or 2 hours. Plus, Lei and I drink about 2-3 cups of tea a day, which stains teeth so I figured this would be suitable.
Basically you are supposed to use the strips everyday for 4 weeks for 5 minutes at a time. Now, I didn't use them every single day in a row because I did notice some sensitivity or I wouldn't remember until late at night, so I would just skip that day. I sometimes would keep them in for longer than 5 minutes, which I wouldn't reccommend if you normally already have sensitive teeth. I also got the Crest 3D White Toothpaste from Walmart because that is supposed to help whiten teeth within 2 weeks and they had a good deal at Walmart. It was a value pack of  2 tubes of toothpaste for about $5!

Here are my PROS & CONS for the product:
Pros:
Easy to use, convenient if you don't have much time or patience to keep strips in for 30 minutes-2 hours, good value, teeth do look whiter (more so far away than close up)

Cons:
*Very vague directions: The directions didn't say if you should use the product in the AM/PM or how long you should wait before eating/drinking before & after using the products or what to do with the paste that was still on my teeth after taking the strips off. I used my strips at night and just spit all the paste out and would swish my mouth out with water.
*Bottom Strip=Annoying: It was hard to keep the bottom strip in place because my tongue would get in the way especially if I would talk. So, I realized it's better to use the strips when you are not going to talk or just use them in the shower so they don't move around a lot.
*Some slight sensitivity: Like I said I did live the strips in longer than 5 minutes sometimes (which I don't reccommend for people with really sensitive teeth, you have to know what you can handle). I did notice that the next morning my teeth would be really sensitive when I drank hot tea. Therefore, I would skip a day and my teeth didn't hurt.

Overall I would reccommend this product because for the price you pay, it does whiten your teeth. Don't expect to blind people with your smile, but there is a difference.
Good luck getting pearly whites! :D
